Preparation :-
Take the carrots and peel, then cut to how you prefer them.
Take the onion and dice it.
Take the mushrooms and cut to suit.
Take the potatoes and either wash them if new, or peel, and cut to suit.
Cooking instructions :-
Take 1 large frying pan, put some cooking oil in it and heat
Once it is suitably up to temperature, place the 2 chicken breasts into the pan, once sealed turn it over.
Once completely sealed on both sides, add the onion, stir in. Leave to cook for a couple of minutes.
Take a suitably sized pan. Fill it with enough water to cover your potatoes. Add salt to your taste then boil.
Add the potatoes and place the lid on. Then leave to cook on a suitable heat, for approximately 15/20 minutes.
Add the tin on peaches, or as many as you want, with the juice, to your chicken.
Add a table spoon of dried basil, stir and leave to simmer, for approximately 15/20 minutes.
Get another pan of boiling, salted, water. Add the carrots then leave to simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
Poor in approximately ¾ of your carton of cream into the chicken, stirring well constantly.
Leave everything to simmer, for approximately, a further 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and carrots and serve everything.
